Volunteer Hours Submission

Each Under-10 and older team must have 16 hours of club or league volunteer time to be eligible to play in the end-of-season tournament. Volunteer time includes time spent performing Club or League Functions, such as:

• working at events (Registration, New Parent night, Photo Day, tournament)
• attending Board meetings,
• filling coordinator roles, like age group coordinator,
• filling board positions,
• doing field work

It does not include time spent with an individual team. Coaching, assistant coaching, coordinating snacks, and being referee at a game - while obviously critical to the team - do not count toward the Club requirement.

This is the first year we are using an online survey for collecting volunteer hours. We hope that this self-service approach will make the process of collecting and analyzing volunteer much more efficient than the old email-based approach.

You will be asked to enter the following information:

1. Your name - last name and first name, please.

2. Find your child's TEAM, which is listed by Age Group - Boys or Girls - and Coach Name. If you have more than one child playing, please select each team. The hours you enter will be shared evenly between them. If your team is not listed, please contact the

3. Enter details about the work you performed. For events, select the event and the date. Then enter the number of hours you have worked on the event.

   For ongoing coordinator commitments, identify the role you play. Then enter the number of hours the role has required.

4. Enter your email address so we can contact you if the need arises.
