Each team that applies for a tournament (JLYSSL end-of-season tournament, mid-season tournaments, Association Cup, Founders Cup, etc.) will need approval from club referee coordinator or league referee coordinator that they are satisfying the referee requirement, or a portion of it if going to mid-season tournament.
